One founder. One product workspace. Continuous research with your own users, with the founder conducting every launch interview.
Founder is US$29/month for founder-led research. AI interviewing, AI interview places and an AI closing buffer are not included in this launch offer. Existing subscriptions retain their recorded terms.
120 founder interview minutes
Up to 60 minutes by phone on Australian mobiles, or 120 on eligible US numbers, within your 120 total founder interview minutes. Browser and phone draw from the same total.
You conduct every launch interview. AI interviewing and AI interview-place purchases are not included. Existing subscriptions retain their recorded terms. See phone coverage and launch details.
Browser and eligible phone calls share your 120 monthly founder interview minutes. AI interview allowances and add-on capacity are not available.
Which phone calls are included?
The planned allowance follows the number Sightspool calls—not your citizenship or billing address. We call the founder’s verified number; the participant stays in their browser.
Australian mobiles
Up to 60 phone minutes per billing period, within the 120-minute total.
Eligible Australian mobile numbers in +61 format.
Eligible US numbers
Up to 120 phone minutes per billing period, within the 120-minute total.
Ordinary US routes. Premium, high-cost and unreviewed number ranges are excluded.
For example, an Australian founder can use 60 minutes on their mobile and the other 60 in the browser—or use all 120 in the browser. The phone allowance is part of the total, not extra time on top.
We will confirm number eligibility before paid phone access is offered. A country code alone does not guarantee an included route. Additional countries and destination-priced calling packs are planned, but are not available to buy yet. Founders elsewhere can use browser interviews where the service is supported.
Join from your browser
- Sign in, prepare and approve your research question, then set your User Hours.
- Keep your dashboard open and stay available. Allow microphone access and check your audio; headphones help avoid echo.
- When a participant accepts the invitation in your product, join the conversation from your dashboard.
Both of you use your internet connection. No telephone number is dialled, so there is no country-specific telephone charge from Sightspool. Browser calls still use your founder interview minutes; your internet or mobile-data provider may charge for connectivity.
Answer on your mobile
- Add and verify your own eligible mobile number. Review its included allowance and enable phone availability for your User Hours.
- When an eligible participant is ready, Sightspool calls your verified number.
- Answer and follow the keypad prompt to accept and join. The participant remains in their browser.
You lead the interview. Your founder allowance uses connected time, rounded up to the next minute; unused reserved time is released if a call ends early. Changing numbers requires another eligibility check. Normal carrier or roaming charges may apply to receiving calls.
The research work is included
- One owner in one product workspace, with unlimited question intake.
- One active research question at a time; subsequent questions use the same monthly pools.
- Weekly monitoring of your connected sources, interpretation when evidence changes, interview analysis, a next move and outcome check-back.
- Monthly billing and cancellation through Billing. Existing subscriptions keep their purchased terms.
What you provide
You bring your own users and approve the research before invitations go out. Participant recruitment, panels, incentive payments, extra workspace members and a practitioner delivering research for you are not included.
A personal welcome for early customers
Sightspool’s founder may offer complimentary product research consulting to initial customers. Any session allowance, booking arrangements and offer duration will be confirmed individually before purchase. This is a launch bonus, not an ongoing consulting entitlement for every subscription. We honour any consultation already promised to you.
