About Sightspool

UX should be a function, not a sequence of emergencies.

Sightspool exists because product teams are shipping faster than their ability to understand customers, choose the right UX method and learn from what they change.

Founder and senior assurance

Adnan K. Lodhi

Adnan is the senior UX practitioner behind Sightspool’s operating model. He is designing the product around a simple division of responsibility: AI should handle the repeatable, source-grounded work; a human should enter where consequence, ambiguity or research integrity makes judgement material.

During the 30-day founding beta, Adnan will observe each participant's first unaided attempt and provide one focused senior UX review at no charge. He will record which product reads users accept, amend, challenge or dismiss, what action changes and how much practitioner time the difficult calls require.

The purpose is not to preserve a permanent consulting dependency. It is to earn the boundary between the software product and its expert assurance layer from real customer work.

What we believe

A trustworthy UX agent needs more than a confident answer.

Sightspool is being built around structural constraints that make the work inspectable, challengeable and client-owned.

01

Questions before dashboards

The team should begin with what it is trying to understand and only then establish which evidence could settle it.

02

Proof before findings

A senior read must retain its source and limitation. Confidence without provenance is not a product capability.

03

Actions before archives

Research and analysis become valuable when they change an owned action and the team later returns to the result.

04

Escalation before bluffing

An unresolved tension should remain visible and reach the right human instead of being flattened into artificial consensus.

05

Customer ownership

The agent proposes and senior practitioners advise. The customer owns its final decision, implementation and private data.

06

Learning before scale claims

The founding beta exists to measure unmediated software value and real human-assurance needs, not to disguise a service as a product.

“The UX function is the capacity to notice the right uncertainty, choose the right method, change what the team does and learn from the result.”

Sightspool is building the software that makes that function continuous, source-backed and available earlier in a product company’s life.

Start with a real question

See the operating model against your own product.

Bring the experience question that keeps returning. We will show what Sightspool can operate, where the evidence is weak and where senior judgement would enter.
